On this journey in search of self-knowledge, Liam gets involved in the lives of a band of “modern” musicians, a downtrodden scientist, and a beautiful girl. Rebellious against social injustices, he begins to find something to live for, to fight for. He discovers the difference between fly-by-night, affairs and real love for a woman; and through this love lie finds not only himself hut also what love of country means. It is an exciting novel beautifully written and filled with compassion for humanity in its quest for truth.
