The Atlantic Puzzler

This puzzle features the sort of rebus found in the National Puzzlers’ League’s publication, The Enigma. Answers to the fourteen clues in shorthand form enter the diagram as normal words. In case of ambiguity, the solver must rely on other intersecting answers. Answers include four proper words and two uncommon words, 33A and 7D. Punctuation may be used deceptively,
