End the Dunk Tank

To discourage obvious tanking by NBA teams trying to get higher picks in the draft lottery—we’ll name no names, but one team whose name rhymes with Olden Crate Scoriers came to mind this season—penalize coaches $10,000 for every loss their squad incurs in the final 10 games of the season.
