Harmon Dow, of Chicago, Ill., writes: "Floating around the Net, reading the links to Robert Kuttner's book Everything For Sale, I ran across Amazon.com's link offering the book. The link was a part of the title itself -- the title was the primary text, and the words For Sale were the link.
"Now, this sort of hypertextual pun should not be uncommon on the Web, though I can't bring another to mind. I suspect that a little surfing would come up with some other examples. But it strikes me that I have never seen a name for such a thing, and I wonder if anyone has formally identified it before?"
