Amanda L. Tyler

Amanda L. Tyler is the Thomas David and Judith Swope Clark Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She is the author of several books, including Habeas Corpus in Wartime: From the Tower of London to Guantanamo Bay and Habeas Corpus: A Very Short Introduction. Her book on the mass incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II is forthcoming.
