Harsha Thirumurthy

Harsha Thirumurthy is an economist and a professor of health policy at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a senior fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at Penn and a co-director of the Behavioral Economics and Global Health Insights Lab at Penn.
